How are your products made?
Every item is printed to order by our print-on-demand partner after you place your order.
How long will my order take?
US production usually takes 2–7 business days, plus carrier transit time. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, we’ll email tracking information when it’s available after your order ships.
Why did my order come in separate packages?
Different items may be made at different facilities and ship separately.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only within 2 hours of placing it, because production starts quickly. Email sales@videogamerworld.com right away with your order number.
Can I return something?
Since everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item is damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page and our Size Chart page. Sizes vary between products and brands.
My package hasn’t moved. What should I do?
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us with your order number.
I entered the wrong address. What now?
Email us immediately. If the order has already shipped and is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the buyer’s cost.
