Returns & Refunds
Every item is printed just for you when you order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or the wrong size. Please check the size chart before you order.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? We’ll make it right. Email us at sales@videogamerworld.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send the item back.
Lost package? If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but you never got it, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
Wrong address? Packages returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but you’ll pay the shipping cost.
Cancellations are possible within 2 hours of ordering, before the item goes into production.
